- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address, and the same for a passenger or delivery recipient if you book for someone else.
- Payment details: online payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our website.
- Messages: anything you send us through our forms, chat, WhatsApp or Messenger.
- Website data: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To schedule, dispatch and complete your ride or delivery.
- To send confirmations and contact you about your booking.
- To record proof of delivery, including the recipient’s name and signature.

How we share it
We share booking details with the driver assigned to your trip. We use service providers for hosting, payments, email, maps and chat, who may only use your information to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
We keep booking and delivery records for as long as needed for our business, accounting and legal obligations, and then delete them.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
